Appointments for sit-down tax preparation are required during tax season to ensure availability. Current clients may schedule online. New clients must call the office before scheduling. 


Yes! Document drop-off is available for established and new clients. If you have questions, please contact the office to confirm current drop-off procedures and timing. 


New clients should bring a copy of their most recent completed tax return. This helps us verify that no information is missing and allows us to identify any major changes from the previous tax year. 


Yes. We can assist with filing extensions when needed. An extension provides additional time to file, not additional time to pay any taxes due. 


Preparation time varies depending on the complexity of the return and the completeness of the information provided. Some returns may be completed quickly, while others require additional review. 


Yes. We assist clients with IRS and state tax notices. Please bring all correspondence with you or contact the office so we can review the notice and determine next steps. 


Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, and approved electronic payment methods. Accepted payment options may vary by service.
